Skipper application is for Skipper Limited Company to capture the signal strength (dBm) of the operator in non-network area for BSNL. Application will be available on both Mobile and Portal. Planning, Site Engineer and Partner Manager will have access to the mobile application and Web portal access is available with Planning, Project manager and corporate user groups.
