- Site Request module is used to view the ticket status.
- Access to the site request module is available to all mobile users.
- The path to access the module is as shown below.
Home Screen >> Site request
- On clicking the “Site Request” module, user will navigate to the screen below, where the ticket list with respective activity status will be available for the user.
- Upon clicking on the ticket, the system will navigate to an online report view where user can view the current status of the ticket.
