Technical Support Executive

Qualification: Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 

Job Description: 

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Executive with 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Hindi and English, possess basic database (DB) knowledge, and be capable of conducting meetings with clients. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical support services and maintaining high customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services. 
  • Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide updates on issue resolution. 
  • Database Management: Utilize basic database knowledge to assist in resolving client issues and manage support tickets. 
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as development and quality assurance, to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. 
  • Training: Assist in training clients on the use of our products and services. 
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service focus, dedicated to delivering high-quality support. 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a technical support or similar role. 
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi and English (both written and spoken). 
  • Technical and Problem-Solving Skills: Basic knowledge of database management and troubleshooting, with the ability to analyze and solve technical problems effectively. 
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to conduct professional and effective meetings with clients. 
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
