When I joined LMDi in 2019 as Project Lead, I had not imagined the proficiency and skills, coupled with incredible experiences that I was about to achieve. It has been an amazing journey since. LMDi never stand short on appreciating your efforts, eventually I got pro-moted as Product Lead enabling me to be more innovative. Being an LMDi’ian is wonder-fully exciting each day with the rich learning experiences!

When I set foot into LMDi in 2018 as a UI/UX developer, since then I’ve had numerous chances to be part of something exciting, to be able to learn new things as well as demon-strate my strong commitment and contributions. Here, the opportunity to grow personally and professionally like communication, collaboration, teamwork, professionalism etc., is quite tremendous. Through which I got appreciated timely and promoted as lead.I’ve been fortunate to be part of this wonderful environment that makes me who I am today!

When I first joined LMDI in 2015 I was looking for a position where I could engage in meaningful work and develop along the way. At every step of the way I have the full support of senior management. To top it off LMDI’s culture is unmatched! From the focus on engagement to the prioritization of employee wellbeing. I enjoy each of the unique aspects of our company culture and looking forward to a more exciting journey.

In 2022, LMDi gave me an opportunity to start working with this innovative, passion-ate and employee affectionate organization. I originally come from banking environment having no extensive technical background and I am very grateful for this new experience! Initially, switching to a different domain was really challenging but the framework that the LMDi has facilitated was so immense to curb the same. Are you ready to grow as per-sonally and professionally then LMDi is definitely the place to be!

I am really grateful to work at LetMeDoIt. I find it a place where I can grow together with the organization. It has helped me reach great heights by offering me new learning opportu-nities and strengthening my inherent skills with its rich and diverse organizational culture. I joined LMDi in 2017 as Technical Support Executive, where I was supporting the field us-ers for Indus Towers LTD, second largest Tower Company in the world. I have strived each day to grow and reach new position in LMDi, all the challenges I faced become an oppor-tunity while working along with such a talented team, creating an energetic work environ-ment here. With my hard work, dedication and commitment, LMDi recognized me and later promoted as SME and Supervisor of support department and from there got promoted as Project Coordinator. Over the last 5 years LMDi has given ample of opportunities to work with great team leaders helping me mould myself as professional individual in my career. I'm really waiting to see the opportunities LMDi has for me in coming days ahead!

Working as an iOS developer at LMDi has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The team is highly supportive, and the projects I have been involved in have been challeng-ing and engaging to bring out my best!
