Technical Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good proficiency in English, strong problem-solving skills, and a basic understanding of C# and SQL. This role involves resolving issues and ensuring a smooth support experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support to Users

  • Understand and troubleshoot basic software, application, and other issues.

  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team and follow up for timely resolution.

  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions in a clear and professional manner.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality and timely responses.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor’s degree (BCA/BSc/BTech )
  • Good proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is a must.
  • Basic understanding of C# and SQL.
