Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good proficiency in English, strong problem-solving skills, and a basic understanding of C# and SQL. Key Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and support to Users

Understand and troubleshoot basic software, application, and other issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s degree (BCA/BSc/BTech )
- Good proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is a must.
- Basic understanding of C# and SQL.
